Our organic hemp is harvested using highly efficient and environmentally friendly techniques. This way of working produces the highest quality biomass.

We advocate 100% organic production, free of pesticides, herbicides and heavy metals in the final product. Harvesting takes place between August and September when the hemp is ripe.

Drying hemp is important. When the plant is fresh, it needs to be dried as it contains a lot of moisture. This preserves the quality of the crop for later processing.

Plants are dried in special rooms called drying rooms. The chamber is kept warm at all times and has a temperature range of 35 to 45 °C. At the same time, fans are used to circulate the air so that the hemp dries within 24 to 36 hours.

When the plants are adequately dried, they are ground into biomass, packed in food grade bags, and stored in shipping-ready containers. During transportation, the temperature and humidity are carefully controlled to prevent product from spoiling.
